Eli's Prayer

Eli's prayer tonight.

Me: "Dear Heavenly Father."

Eli:

Me: "Thank thee that we traveled in safety today."

Eli:

Me: "Thank thee that I could play at Aunt Megan's house."

Eli: "Anders."

Me: "Thank thee for Anders."

Eli: "Guns."

Me: "Thank thee that I could play with guns."

Eli: "Helmet."

Me: (Not understanding what he said) "Help me be a good boy."

Eli: "HELMET."

Me: "Thank thee that I could play with helmets."

Eli:

Me: "Help me be a good boy."

Eli: "Good boy."

Me: "In the name of Jesus Christ, amen."

Eli: "Amen."
