When your hubby describes supper as "incredible" for the first time in your married life and two children leave the table sobbing, you know you probably overdid it in the spice arena.
It was a recipe from my favorite Asian cookbook--simmered chicken legs with lemongrass and chilies and garnished with mint and orange rind.
I liked it too--but not as much as Tim.
Some like it hot. And Timothy is one of those people.
Miriam, on the other hand, washed her mouth with soap.
On a sadder note--my wok broke. Timothy isn't sure he can fix it. That is a tragedy as I cook in my wok at least 50% of the time. Stir fries mainly. A lot of Asian food. That kind of thing. I'm hoping Timothy can pull out an electrical miracle.
