I would love to post all the great video footage from the baby blessing (oh my, it is good stuff), but the start-up disk is full. Too full. TOO FULL, in fact, for me to post the pics from the first hike of the season. TOO FULL for me to post the pics of Harriet's completed nursery. TOO FULL for me to do much of anything, by way of blogging.
I'm sure Timothy will soon put this problem at the top of his to-do list. Like tonight. Before I have a hairy canary. Or something equally grim (although, I couldn't tell you off the top of my head what would be as equally grim as a hairy canary).
In the meantime, while you wait so patiently--or not patiently like Megan and Kayli--I will tell you a little tidbit about Lady Harriet.
She snorts milk. All the time. The doc says she has an unusual amount of swelling in her nose. That might be the explanation for the milk snorting. Maybe not. I'm not a doctor. But, it is pretty hilarious. That's a scientific term for really, really funny. Harriet doesn't think it is funny. She can't breathe momentarily and that freaks her out and she makes really fantastic faces expressing her panic and displeasure. That adds to the hilariousness for the rest of us.
And now that I've made a two sentence thought into a paragraph, I think I'll go let Eli in the house and nurse Lady Harriet. Maybe I'll get to see some milk come out of her nose. So much about parenting is enjoyable.

It is kind of a self feeding cycle- she is inflammed because she snorts and snorts because she is inflamed. What came first? a chicken and egg kind of problem.
Love you
