Kami wanted me to post these as she is making them today. They are very yummy.
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
Cream those items together and then add four eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Then add remaining ingredients:
(4 eggs) see above
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup chopped nuts (opt)
Spread on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes then spread a bunch of mini marshmallows over top (cover completely)
(bag mini-marshmallows) see above
bake for four more minutes. Cool before icing.
Icing:
1/2 c. butter
1 2/3 c. icing sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. evaporated milk
Beat together until smooth and spread a thin layer over brownies. ENJOY!!

That is really funny, bcause when I called you last night for the hot fudge pudding recipe, me and Aleesha were also deciding between making that. So yummy indeed.
