WHY AM I STILL AWAKE??
Why am I awake when I am exhausted all the time and tomorrow is a school day and I COULD BE SNUGGLING WITH MY MAN right now?? Why, why?? Because-- I really want to query a good 20-30 agents and so far I've found the time to query 11. The publishing process is already SSSLLLLLOOOOOOOWWWWWWW without adding to the problem my complete inability to really invest some time. So, dear agent that I queried tonight, please make the 12th agent the charm. (Ha--that was a joke, if only to get that lucky.) However, I read your blog very carefully, I totally changed the format of my query to meet your specifications, and I gave up snuggle time. That has to mean something in the karma of the world. I'm off to bed now. I'll hear back in 5-10 days "or sometimes longer."

ok I dont' have your e-mail address so I'm hoping you'll read this instead. Do we have the same taste in lit? I think your reactiong to the vampire series was the same. And did you know my all time favorite young adult book is The Thief? Leslie
