Today I went to the doctor and Dr. Swift verified what I had already pretty much figured out--baby boy is no longer breech and he's much lower. I knew this because a) I could breathe again and b) my bladder has been under much more pressure. Also--those little feet just weren't reaching as high and the triple back flips were no longer taking place. Still, good news to have verified.
Then my little family went to my parent's for a second Thanksgiving (we'll have our third at Timothy's family tomorrow). Megan and family were there and Wyatt and family and little Lindsay and Ethan and girlfriend. So everyone in the general vicinity.
After Megan and family left we sat around in the family room chatting and deciding on a game to play (sound familiar anyone?) and then we moved into the kitchen for more food and crazy rook.
The real madness happened when Wyatt got a cup full of mini-marshmallows (after Mom confiscated his orange peels) and started throwing them into cups and people's mouths. Then things got crazy when he tried to throw them into his nostril. He caught two. Even dad was really laughing (he's normally a chuckler). Hilarious. Can't begin to describe the hilarity of watching my brother snort marshmallows. Then there was the marshmallows in his ears and him saying, "What? What?" for five minutes straight and then EATING THE MARSHMALLOWS THAT HAD BEEN IN HIS EARS. Gross. So why was I laughing??
The other funniest part of the night was when Cowen was sitting on his chair and suddenly, for no explicable reason, he fell off onto the hard tile floor. Lindsay Ann, Lindsay, and I were laughing so hard we couldn't even breathe and poor Cowen was rather embarrassed. The kid is truly such a klutz. It was also great when Cowen came upstairs and said to Timothy, "You put on a bad movie."
And Mom, rather shocked (Tim and I are well known for our stringent movie standards) said, "What movie is it?"
And Timothy said, "Pete's Dragon." Ha ha! Even I can't find anything wrong with Pete's Dragon. Cowen, however, thought the people chasing Pete at the beginning were frightening.
There are few things better in the world than laughing with my family. They are all so strange. (If you don't believe me and you don't already read my sister's blogs--check out the pic of Kami on Kayli's blog--Bells and Whistles--right now.) Strange, strange, strange duckies. What a great day.
One of the few things better than laughing hysterically with my family is snuggling with my man. I'm going to go do that now. Again--what a great day.

You are SO right....there is nothing better than family....a family who laughs. Your family has so much of that. Cool.
P.S.. That is AWESOME news about baby.
