Welcome Eli

Kayli announced Eli's birth for me (thanks, Kate!), but she didn't have any pictures. I've got pictures. I've got enough pictures to make my dad run screaming. Just you wait.
That's the blue and brown blanket I made my little man. I love it.
That's my little man on his big arrival home. Babies look so TINY in car seats.
That's Eli with his dad. I tried to get a picture with Timothy smiling, but no go. Oh well, I still love any and all pictures of babies and Daddies.
This is the cutest picture I have of the little man. My mom gave me the outfit and I was so glad because all the rest of my babies had a new outfit to go home in and Eli didn't. Then Dad dropped by the hospital this morning and gave me a present--this outfit and the striped receiving blanket I begged Mom to make me (I have no pride when I see Kayli getting shipped an incredibly cute striped blanket), and another dark blue outfit that is ADORABLE, but as of yet is still too big. I think Eli looks SO CUTE in his santa outfit. Such a boy with those pants!

Notice the hair in all these pictures. There is a hot debate taking place on our family website about whether or not Eli's hair is orange or blonde. I'm not participating. I sometimes think it is blonde and sometimes think it is orange. It certainly isn't red like my girls were red--but there's a tint there. Possibly. You decide.

My kids were so cute holding Eli. They were so excited! See--the picture with Miriam he just looks blonde.

I can't believe there are four kids on that couch and they all call me Mom. What in the world??!!

now we need the labor and delivery story...when your brain/boobs can slow down enough and handle passing it along. Congrats kiddo...you're a braver woman than me. I looked at the couch of four and thought about my kid beaning me in the head with lightning mcqueen tonight because I dared to put him to bed - I don't know if I could survive two more...bb

Yayayayayay! Congratulations to the Young family! :) He is a cutie. I see both blond and orange, depending on the light. He might be a strawberry blonde for the moment. Hope you are doing well!
