When I woke up this morning and my hacking cough was hurting my chest (which is new) I decided it was time to take Eli in. Eli, Emeline and I are the worst and only Eli and I are coughing. With him being so young and what happened to Anders . . . I'm a little paranoid.
But, I'm glad I took him in. There is a little bit of congestion in his lungs and he's breathing a little fast, but his oxygen is still great. He has an ear infection (that was a surprise--the boy's been happy as a clam this whole time--the only sign that he's sick is that he's slept more) so he gets put on mox today. I hope that helps and it doesn't get worse.
My ped also listened to Emeline's lungs (have I mentioned how much I love my doctor--I do, I really do) and she sounded fine. So, just a cold. Good. And good again.
