HILARIOUS

I was reading through some reviews of a puberty book for girls that Amazon.com sent in their regular "we have recommendations for you" email. There were 350 5 star reviews so I was curious about the two 1 star reviews. I skimmed the first one. Then I read this:

19 of 80 people found the following review helpful:
A word of warning, December 29, 2006
A Kid's Review

I bought it when I was 9, lead by the low age recommendation. For awhile I wanted such things as in this book to happen to me, but that quickly subsided, and I became terrified of such things, convinced they would happen to me THAT day. I don't worry about such things any more; wanting to be an actress saved me But to parents - do you want your daughter's childhood to be spoiled with such? My advice; ignore this book; its horribly forward, does just what they claim not to - pushes you to grow up too fast. But if you must give it, wait untill she's at least 13.

And then I laughed my head off.
