Lady Harriet's Hair and Vocabulary

As you all know, Lady Harriet recently turned two.  She also became a full-blown talker.  This is my very favorite age.  Not only is it exciting to hear all the new words and lovely little voice and funny pronunciations, you also get a real glimpse of personality.  Lady Harriet's personality is  delightful.  Some examples.

The other day I was sitting on the couch and Harriet came over to me, pointed one of the Star War guns that abound in our home and said, "Bam.  You dead, Mom."  Older brothers much???

Then yesterday I was helping her down from the table and I said, "Let's go wash up, Harriet."  To which Harriet responded, "Wazzup, Mom?  Wazzup."  Hee hee.  Can't think of a funnier thing to hear come out of an angelic little person.

And to prove the angelic facade Lady Harriet continues to maintain, a few pics after her recent haircut.

I love her hair and when I'm 80 reading through my blog books, I am still going to love her hair and be glad I least tried to capture it.  Maybe when Aunt Kayli comes she can spend some time taking better pictures of these most charming blonde curls.
