Ricotta Cheese: Or Puffy Snowballs of BLISS

I learned how to make ricotta cheese.  The store-bought stuff doesn't compare; not even in the same league.  I am so in love with this stuff.  In the above picture there is honey drizzled over the ricotta and strawberries.  My new favorite thing.  Try it.
