Clover, early February

We had a gathering at our house last month--a poetry reading.  All the kids and I and our guests picked poems to recite, or read, and then we had a fancy schmancy lunch afterward.  It was lovely.  Miriam created the centerpiece.  One of the poems she wrote is underneath the bowl of lemons.  I thought it turned out beautifully and we all had a lot of fun.  We plan on hosting similar gatherings as often as possible.

Clover has such gorgeous dark blue eyes.  They remind me of her Aunt Megan's eyes.  Lovely.

Yes, he is eating uncooked macaroni in my library.  Argh.

 Beautiful baby girl.
