June 17, 2016--The Year We Celebrated Miriam's 13th Birthday a Few Days Early

Miriam turned 13 in June--which gave me a bit of a heart attack.  Since when am I old enough to have a teenager??  Where does the time go???  We celebrated early because on her actual birthday, she was at a STEM camp for 12-13 year old girls at Westminster College in Salt Lake.  I was called the Awe+Sum camp, and it was awesome.  Miriam loved it and came home talking about how excited she was for college.  I can't remember what she had for her birthday meal, but she wanted coffee cake for her birthday cake.  Yum.  Rhymes with sum.  Moving on . . ..

Dad with two babies and a bowl of ice cream.
Person blowing out candles.  Thirteen candles!!
Person being super excited about thirteen candles.
A candle-laden coffee cake sans cream.  In other words, it got better.
 An Oskar with a bike.

 Dying of cuteness.
A Clover Leaf in need of a hair cut.

 Wild beast behind bars!!

More Oskar with bike because . . . dying of cuteness.

 Emeline Bea with bike.
Birthday girl with her birthday present!!!  Now she refuses to ride the tandem with me, which is a sadness, but we've had fun on the trails together nonetheless.
Oskar with bike.  Still dying of cuteness.
 Speedy.
 Admirer of present.
 Two hardcore cyclists.

 Eli sans shoes.
 A lady.
 Birthday present oohing and aahing.
Love my girl so, so, so, so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
