This story was told to and recorded by Timothy on 10/2/10, when Miriam was 7.
One day Miriam was going for a walk and there was this plane right before her suddenly and she didn't know it was magical and she got on it and flied off and she came to a magical world. It's name was Blooberblubber Blub and first she got bloobered, then she got blubbered, then she got blubbed. She went home all wheezy. The end.
I love that story.
Another funny thing. On the way home from Ogden on Saturday, Cowen complained, "The kids always make a ruckus!" Cowen, man, did you just use the word "ruckus"???
On a side note, I've been trying to jump start losing the baby weight by following the South Beach diet and going off carbs for two weeks. It is terrible. I don't recommend it. However, I did learn about cauliflower rice. You cut up your cauliflower really small or put it through a food processor and then microwave it for 5 minutes or so (DO NOT overcook--then it tastes like mushy overcooked rice) and use it as rice. I've been eating it a lot lately under stir fries, and it really does make you think you are eating rice. Tastes great!
