You see the woman in the above picture. How happy she looks holding that funny looking circular object. That's called a pilates ring. It's of the devil. I know this. In my Rock Solid weight-lifting class this morning the teacher handed us all one of those little demented devices. My legs are never going to be the same.
I don't mean that in a good way.
