Emeline's cake. It is a carousel. It was supposed to be a little fancier/cuter but apparently my kids like to eat sprinkles and leave the empty bottles in the cupboard. Thank you, Brooke, for the whipped cream icing recipe. It worked like a charm on the angel food cake--not too heavy--and dyed well.
